-Qualifications: Trade certificate, relevant Diploma or further education is preferred -Software Utilisation: Proficiency using software tools like SAP for Enterprise Resource Planning, and MS Office (Word, Excel) for document creation, data analysis and communication. -Production Planning and Quality Control: Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles. -Adopting New Technologies: Demonstrated willingness to embrace new technologies, methods, and systems. -Independent Work and Multi-tasking: Proven ability to independently organize and prioritise tasks, manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines -Industry Knowledge: Experience in Planning, especially in the Rail industry or other safety-critical environments (automotive, defence, avionics, mining or heavy industry
