Creates communication plans for small to mid-size projects and related initiatives, and ensures they are measurable.
Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff and students, ensuring best practices and data-driven decision-making.
Oversee the communications request process, manage intake and prioritization, and report on service metrics and client satisfaction.
Create and manage written and visual content for internal and external platforms, ensuring alignment with IMC strategy, brand guidelines, and KPIs.

Strong organizatoinal, reserch and decsision-makings skills; able to manage confidential information.
Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
