You’ll use your experience in land research, mapping software, and your established contacts to source commercially suitable sites. Drawing on strong communication, resourcefulness, and negotiation skills, you’ll be instrumental in moving opportunities through to legally robust and deliverable positions. -5+ years’ experience in a land acquisition or related role. -Full UK driving licence. -Capable of prioritising workload and thriving in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess commercial viability.
