The Role
Overview
Coordinate FF&E deliveries, installations, logistics and supplier liaison for commercial projects.

Tasks
-Obtain and compare supplier quotations, negotiating where appropriate -Provide excellent customer aftercare and communication throughout the project lifecycle -Manage delivery schedules, logistics, and installation teams -Order and manage samples for client and design team review -Oversee and quality-check on-site furniture installations -Assist with furniture cost schedules, budgets, and procurement tracking -Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records -Plan and manage client phasing and delivery sequencing -Liaise with suppliers and the internal project management team to plan and -Track and resolve snagging or post-installation issues with suppliers -Support the FF&E Manager with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks -Prepare client-facing materials, including brochures, presentations, and pitch documentation -coordinate furniture deliveries

What You Bring
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. Location: London-based with regular on-site work across project locations. -Exposure to a variety of exciting commercial design projects -Strong knowledge of furniture systems and installation processes -Experience using Adobe InDesign -Knowledge of sustainability accreditations and sustainable FF&E sourcing -Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills -Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint -Confident in managing multiple suppliers and contractors simultaneously -Proven on-site experience managing furniture installations (both large and small projects) -Ability to read and measure from AutoCAD drawings -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team
