What You Bring

-Minimum of 1 year of experience with multi-line telephones preferred. -Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. -Three or more years of experience working in a call center environment. -Must be proficient with computers and typing. -Experience working in a monitoring call center environment -Must have excellent customer relations skills. -Must be able to multi-task. -Previous alarm monitoring or customer service experience required.
