The Corporate Investments Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Faropoint’s headquarters-based investments team. This position serves as a bridge between our regional acquisitions teams and the corporate leadership, including the CIO, Head of Investments, Investor Relations, and Finance.

The analyst will help oversee and analyze the firm’s acquisitions and dispositions pipeline, work closely with local market teams to understand deal flow, review investment committee materials, and support the implementation of portfolio-level strategies and guidelines. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to leadership and broader strategic decision-making across Faropoint’s national platform.

  • Portfolio-Level Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to standardize processes and implement acquisition guidelines across markets.
  • Pipeline Oversight: Track, analyze, and report on the firm’s acquisitions and dispositions pipeline across all markets.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct market-level and portfolio-level research to inform strategic decisions and prepare materials for senior leadership and investors.
  • Financial & Market Analysis: Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to evaluate deal flow, capital allocation, and portfolio performance.
  • Investment Committee Support: Review and provide feedback on investment committee presentations from regional teams to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Large Portfolio Transactions: Support the underwriting and coordination of larger, corporate-led portfolio acquisitions.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Act as a key liaison between regional acquisitions teams, corporate leadership, finance, and investor relations to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and strategic analysis.
  • Familiarity with industrial real estate and/or private equity is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; knowledge of Argus a plus.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and markets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights for leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, capital markets, consulting, or related analytical roles.
