The Role

Overview

Assist clients with non-project moves, space planning, data analysis, and reporting.

Tasks

-Collect, organize, and evaluate data related to the client’s facility requirements and physical space needs. -Update drawings and related databases. -Report to client and service delivery partners on work environment and delivery efficiency and effectiveness. -Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. -Impact the quality of own work. -Attend meetings with client representatives and assist with the facilitation of the planning of space requirements. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. -Track and monitor all small to medium-sized non-project-related moves, planning, and inventory of furniture and workstations. -Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -Complete a supply and demand assessment data evaluation and provide recommendations to the client for review.
