Tasks

-Supporting the sales team by managing how online customer enquiries are shared across the business. -Running workshops and presentations that encourage teamwork and new ideas. -Answering customer questions and help complete important forms and requests. -Tracking of customer communications so we can respond quickly and consistently. -Working with colleagues to solve every day tech problems and keeping systems running smoothly. -Getting involved in exciting projects using programming, data, and artificial intelligence to improve how we work and reach our goals. -Participate in the Intern Collaboration Project, working across departments with likeminded interns on a passion project of your choice. -Researching what’s happening in our industry to help shape future plans.

What You Bring

-Experience within a customer-facing role is desired but not essential. -You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions. -Working towards a degree in an IT or related discipline such as Information Technology with Business, Computing, Computer Science, Cyber Security. -You think logically, are willing to self-learn, and take a creative approach to problem-solving.
