The Role

Overview

Drive sales and owner relations for residence units, meeting RMA revenue targets

Tasks

-Initiate and follow up on leads. -Be prepared to participate in the preparation and creation of new version of 2023 RMA action plan. -Develop networking opportunities through active participation in professional associations activities and events -Conduct multiple site inspections of our units and facilities, with prospect unit owners and/or owner representatives. -Once business is contractually secured, work closely with operations & reservations/revenue management to plan for the arrival, execution & ultimate service delivery of new RMA. -Entertain new owners, representatives or existing owners. -Acquire full understanding of RMA document and effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. -Keep track of action plan and its progress. -Assist as needed with events and activations. -Assist in the preparation of required reports in a timely manner. -Use your property’s sales management system to manage RMA business, including (but not limited to) generating reports, entering business, blocking space and building accounts. -Meet or exceed set RMA sales goals. -Work closely with GM, DOS, FOM, DOR and ownership on any and all updates of issues related to new and existing RMA owners. -Keep a clear and updated record of ALL new and current owners for scheduled communications. -Represent RMA Project at weekly revenue strategy meetings & daily hotel management stand up meetings. -Identify possible new unit owners (or owner representatives), to engage and introduce our RMA program. -Meet and greet onsite contacts. -Attend and represent hotel in PR and Social Media calls. -Keep a clear and updated record of ALL prospect for frequent and precise follow ups.

What You Bring

-Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets -Proven ability to drive the RMA process from plan to close -Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level -Previous Sales Manager experience -Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of RMA products and services -Bilingual in English and Spanish -Must have excellent administrative, organizational & communication skills, with a full working knowledge of the hotel product, its operations, amenity offerings, etc. -Excellent listening skills, negotiation and presentation skills -Position must be fungible and have ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously & be able reverse course quickly if needed.
