Tasks

-Follow up on delayed applications, references, and responses. -Notify external authorities of vetting details and manage DBS cases. -Support ad hoc projects and general administrative tasks. -Verify and process employee documentation as required. -Manage incoming emails, queries, and follow-ups via a case management system. -Conduct triage for higher-level clearance applications. -Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards. -Administer clearance renewals, leavers, and personal circumstance changes. -Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed. -Maintain accurate records across HR platforms to support visibility and compliance.

-Discretion and diplomacy in handling sensitive information. -Clear written and verbal communication. -Ability to meet deadlines under pressure with minimal supervision. -National Security Vetting will be required to undertake the role (Essential). -Initiative, prioritisation, and a flexible “can-do” approach. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and mail merge. -High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. -Proven administrative experience and strong customer service skills. -Professionalism and relationship-building capability.
