What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure. -Ability to stand or walk for long periods on pavement. -Work independently with minimal supervision once trained. -Exposure to noisy environments-ear protection is provided. -Comfortable working outdoors, in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust). -Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record. -Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. with overnight stays. -Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to maintain equipment. -Knowledge of safety practices related to heavy equipment operation. -Familiarity with hand and power tools. -Ability to lift 60 pounds or more and work long shifts (8–14 hours/day). -Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
