Tasks

-Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representation -Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards -Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions -Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies accurately -Professionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors

What You Bring

-Minimum age of 18+ -Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills -Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office -Integrated Tech - Personalized website, CRM, presentation tools, and more -Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school. -Reliable transportation and valid driver's license -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Strong communication and negotiation abilities -Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
