Tasks

-Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations to the project team -Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelines -Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team -Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates -Lead the development of the total project estimate

What You Bring

-Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline -This position can be done remotely, preference is hybrid working from Linesight's office locations -Have grown your experience as an Electrical Estimator in the last 6- 10 years with increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction environment -Have demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight , or CostX -Are detail orientated and quality focused -Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun -Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
