Tasks

-Develops and tracks metrics that provide data for process measurement, business operations or risk assessment and may present findings to leadership. -Leads implementation of process improvements and efficiencies. -Mentors and provides guidance to less experienced colleagues. -Completes data analysis and reporting by creating and running database queries and reports. -Supports LSS process improvement projects by carrying out various project tasks such as process mapping, data collection, data analysis, metrics analysis, root cause analysis, documentation under Black Belt guidance. -Monitors and ensures accurate data feeds from multiple sources

What You Bring

-Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience -Masters Degree or equivalent experience -7 years of relevant business, operational, financial, or process improvement experience -Experience with SQL -Experience with HTML-Hyper Text Markup Language -Lean Six Sigma Certified -Experience with Microsoft Power BI -Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience -May be required to travel to various company locations including San Ramon, Dublin, Stockton -Experience with Microsoft Power Apps -Works on moderately complex problems that require in depth analysis and judgment to obtain results or solutions.
