Tasks

-Selling features and amenities to prospective residents -Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely -Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests -Showing apartments -Securing leases -Greeting visitors and residents

What You Bring

Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens. Work Days: Monday – SundayWork Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sun 1:00 pm – 5:00 pmRequired License or Certification: Valid FL Driver’s License -At least one year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience -Apartment leasing experience is a plus! -Good leasing and closing skills -Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs. -Must be available to work three Saturdays per month -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Must be able to work 40 hours per week; schedule may vary -Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized

Benefits
