Rotational program training engineers for product, application, marketing & sales in drilling.
-Complete assigned projects aimed at enhancing Epiroc’s product offerings. -Research competitor activities and prepare reports for the SRD Business Line Manager. -Use data analytics to assess equipment value creation for customers. -Partner with Epiroc teams during customer visits in the field and at the factory. -Perform time studies on surface drill equipment and benchmark against competitors. -Identify and recommend improvements for current products to address inefficiencies. -Leverage advanced technologies to support SRD operations, projects, and initiatives. -Collaborate globally across time zones to achieve program objectives. -Build strong application knowledge of how surface drilling equipment is used within the mining process. -Conduct field travel across North America to gather project data and customer insights. -Serve as the primary marketing support contact for SRD Product & Application Specialists in developing marketing materials and campaigns.
-Interest and ability to travel throughout the US -Willingness to temporarily relocate: 12 months in Broomfield, CO & 12 months in Garland, TX. (Relocation assistance provided) -Self-motivated and team-oriented with a commitment to performance and continuous learning -Programming language experience (preferred) -Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Metallurgical or Geological Engineering (required) -Prior internship or experience in the mining industry (preferred) -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) -Hands-on experience with cutting-edge mining technology, automation, and data analytics. -Experience with database tools/languages (preferred) -Comfortable working in mine sites, construction sites, and production facilities around large equipment. -Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when collaborating with global teams.
