What You Bring

-Having the ability to collaborate with operations, project, engineers, subcontractors, and etc. to provide a safe and quality deliverable with in project timelines. -Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills related to prioritizing and executing timely deliverables within timeline, scope, and budget -Have a Journeyman or Masters Electrical License -Having the ability to find solutions and overcoming problems that may impact the project -Demonstrating Document Control skills -Having the ability to lead meetings with outside vendors, contractors, utilities, and clients. -Being an effective communicator (written and verbal) with proficiency in relevant software tools. -Possess excellent communication skills and an ability to influence a variety of audiences -Having the ability to advise supervisor / engineering team of any deviations from drawings or issues on site to ensure plan forward prior to action being taken. -Demonstrating time management skills -Being proficient in prioritizing and understanding project sequences to ensure proper project execution -The ability to understand business needs to drive buy-in among company leaders to enable transformation and advance strategic priorities while building rapport and fostering a collaborative working environment -Being skilled in reviewing and providing schedule updates as needed. -Minimum 10 years technical field experience; specifically with medium voltage construction projects & technology -Minimum 10 years experience in a relevant role -Bachelor’s Degree or Related Experience in Construction Management -Demonstrate thought-leadership in learning, challenging the status quo and achieving exceptional results -Having the ability to review and understand provided drawings and ensure site is built to drawing / code / project requirements -90% Field travel required -Having the ability to complete daily construction reports, Safety JSA's, quality reports with will documented information -Have experience working within agile methodologies -Having strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and follow through on assigned tasks. -Being capable of resolving on-site issues, maintaining a clean job site, and supporting operations teams.
