Tasks

-Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. -Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used. -Keep the customer informed of what, when, and how you will be getting the job done. -Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the vehicle for maximum efficiency. -Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC emergencies (residential). -Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems. -Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.

What You Bring

-MUST have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. -At least one year of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance or repair -Undergo a criminal background check and drug screen. -Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities. -Must have knowledge of the phases of residential HVAC. -High School Diploma or equivalent required -Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.). -Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
