The Role

Overview

Sell and coordinate commercial door hardware orders and support services.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Coordinate Production and Shipping of material to job sites, ensuring timely and complete delivery. -Process Orders for hollow metal doors, wood doors, and architectural hardware accurately and efficiently. -Liaise with Technical Services to ensure correct hardware sets, fire-rating requirements, and ADA compliance are met. -Manage Special Orders for custom doors, frames, and hardware – including sourcing, order entry, and tracking delivery timelines. -Provide excellent Customer Service to general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and end users. -Run Bids & Quotes for commercial door and hardware packages, interpreting construction documents, specifications, and plans. -Interface with the Service Department for field-related issues including punch lists, replacements, and installations.
