Tasks

-Interact effectively with a diverse group of people, stay calm under pressure, and provide cheerful assistance to others -Deliver notices and resident communications door to door -Hold doors for those entering the building -Provide door security and ground security -Receive incoming deliveries and notify residents when packages are ready for pick up -Greet all guests and residents

What You Bring

-Excellent customer service skills -Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions -At least six months of customer service experience -Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion -Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively -A positive attitude and an ability to communicate and work well with others -Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
