Tasks

-Maintain and update records including DOT medical certificates and emergency contacts -Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll processes with precision and confidentiality -Process employee transactions and updates in coordination with internal teams -Conduct I-9 and E-Verify checks to ensure compliance -Support HR and operational initiatives through special projects and administrative tasks
