Tasks

-Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management. -Serve food and beverages to guests according to defined standards, ensuring each interaction reflects exemplary customer service. -Safely carry trays and push or pull hot boxes, carts, speed racks, and other equipment as required to support service needs. -Ensure food quality and presentation are outstanding prior to delivery, following established procedures and standards. -Safely push and pull hot boxes, carts, speed racks, and other heavy equipment. -Create a warm and friendly environment of hospitality towards guests and co-workers. -Assist with all event preparation and close-out protocols as assigned. -Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.

What You Bring

-Commit to a minimum of 6 shifts per month in addition to Football games. -1-2 years of relevant serving experience -Superior customer service and communication skills -Experience in hospitality, high volume catering or full-service dining (preferred) -Ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced environment. -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. -Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time -Fast-paced environment -High School Diploma or equivalent -Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays. -Ability to carry heavy trays, lift and move 40 pounds or more -Maintain a professional image and positive demeanor at all times -Required to obtain passing score on TEAMs training
