Tasks

-Maintain a centralized repository for FTTH program data, including schedules, work breakdowns, and performance metrics. -Lead assigned FTTH projects using established methods and procedures. -Facilitate meetings and conference calls with stakeholders across departments and leadership levels. -Ensure alignment between engineering, build, and order completion teams. -Analyze and present data in user-friendly formats to support decision-making. -Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and baselines. -Monitor progress and manage deviations, escalating issues and driving resolution.

What You Bring

-Comfortable engaging with all levels of leadership -Ability to interpret engineering layouts and terminology. -Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) -Bachelor’s degree in a related field. -Experience with Sitetracker, Power BI, and M6 platforms. -4+ years of telephony experience (FTTH preferred) -Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities -Understanding of cross-functional workflows from design to order completion -Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking under tight deadlines -Clear, professional communication and customer service skills
