-Lead design development and documentation for bespoke and luxury residential projects -Produce detailed Revit models and drawings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency -Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout design and construction phases -Collaborate with the construction team to ensure design integrity is maintained on site -Contribute to façade and planning design, ensuring both aesthetics and compliance -Prepare and coordinate development applications and approvals -Bring your architectural vision to life on one-of-a-kind custom residences -Oversee detailing across timber and steel frame construction

What You Bring

-Experience within a home builder, custom home, or boutique residential design studio -Deep understanding of residential construction methods (timber and steel framing) -Excellent design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing high-quality, detail-oriented work -Registered Architect (NSW or equivalent) -Strong communication and coordination skills -Proven ability to manage DA and CDC documentation and processes -Strong Revit proficiency -Confident working in a fast-paced environment
