-When the Sales Manager is on annual leave, step in and manage the sales team -Deliver the highest level of service to all clients by yourself & team -Assisting the Manager to develop, train and motivate the sales Negotiators in the office -Ensure you drive to exceed individual and branch targets -Conduct valuations and take on new property listings

If you have experience valuing properties for sale, and are passionate about achieving great results for your clients, then I would recommend reading below… -Experience conducting sales valuations for residential properties in London or Surrey -A proven track record of achieving & exceeding sales targets -Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lease both internally and to external clients -Must be self-motivated and have the ability to demonstrate the determination to exceed targets -Full UK driving license
