The Role

Overview

Support dealers with product demos, merchandising, training, and sales in Ontario.

Tasks

-Conduct hands on product demonstrations and training to prospects, new and existing customers -Work with Salesforce to register and note all customer activities and CASE management. (training provided) -Develop an annual territory plan to meet dealers and contractors regularly to convert and retain customer's as Techniseal users. -Provide Support with product merchandising at dealer locations -Drive within territory regularly using personal car to execute the sales plan and support customers. -Provide claim or satisfaction (CASE) support on site when required. -Develop good time management and travel planning habits.

What You Bring

-Work well within a team environment -Strong skills in English writing and speaking -Light duty truck preferred vehicle -Hardscape experience preferred -Ability to lift up to 50lbs for live demonstration of bagged sand goods regularly. -Bachelor's degree in Business or other equivalent education with strong direct customer service/sales abilities and people skills -Excellent communication & time management skills -Knowledge of another language than English is a definite asset: Spanish and/or Mandarine and/or French) -Computer literate, especially MS Office suite, order tracking software, email, etc. -Valid drivers license / clean driving record
