Tasks

-Perform survey computations with Data Collector as it relates to construction stakeout -Provide office support for the preparation of cutsheets and stakeout exhibits -Ensure adherence to safety protocols and AMT procedures on all job sites -Prepare accurate daily notes, records, and sketches to describe work performed -Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to interpret plans and resolve field challenges -Candidate will also perform boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys and other related duties as assigned -Lead and mentor junior crew members in the field to ensure quality and safety standards -Perform high-precision construction stakeout on multi-story buildings including gridlines, anchor bolts, multiple story gridline transfer, structural steel as-builts and deformation monitoring

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record -7 or more years of experience performing construction stakeout surveying -Must have experience in construction stakeout field surveying procedures -OSHA certification -Demonstrated leadership experience in the field managing a field crew -Proven ability to adapt to dynamic construction environments and troubleshoot on-site -Experience operating GPS-RTK equipment. -Positive attitude and professional bearing -Experience operating Robotic Total Station and data collector. Prior experience with Leica robotic total stations and data collectors is strongly preferred -Strong communication skills—verbal and written—for client and team interactions -Experience with AutoCAD, iPad, and Office Suite applications is a plus
