Overview

Oversee commissioning, MEP delivery and safety for data centre projects in Dublin.

Tasks

-Ensure implementation of MEP deliverables on the project -Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan -Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team -Ensure familiarisation with and compliance to contract documents and procedures -Ensure all M&E works are carried out to the highest safety standards -Oversee all stages of the project: Pre-construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning -Co-ordinate information and details in time for project delivery activities -Manage project commissioning for data centre projects

What You Bring

-5–7 years' experience in building services coordination -Relevant third-level qualification in Building Services, M&E, or Trade -Previous main contractor experience preferred; ideally with experience on data centre or industrial projects -Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Revit/BIM and Microsoft applications
