The Role
Overview
Lead project controls & digital reporting, implementing BI tools and Power BI dashboards

Tasks
-Analyze project schedules, assess and document project impacts. -Integrate Power BI with existing systems and platforms for seamless reporting. -Work with internal and external groups to coordinate, obtain and verify information. -Function as a digital transformation advisor and guide digital adoption. -Support the creation and maintenance of databases for project controls. -Verify contract requirements including payment milestones. -Review and analyze various project reports, contracts, deliverables and provide recommendations. -Implement program and project control methodologies. -Develop, maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards. -Establish the baselines and performance manage the baseline. -Compile and provide consolidated monthly reports, with an aim for continuous improvement. -Develop and implement digitalization strategies for project controls. -Lead the delivery of user-friendly digital solutions using data analytics and visualization.

What You Bring
-University degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, and or Project Management. -Minimum 3 years experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools or in a data-specific role. -Proven experience developing Power BI reports for construction projects. -Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and implementing Row-Level Security (RLS). -Proven ability to lead digital initiatives and drive technology adoption. -Minimum 5 years experience in project controls, with a background in construction, energy, infrastructure and or industrial projects. -Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -An ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse audience. -Experience designing data models from various sources (SQL, Oracle, Primavera P6, SharePoint, ERP, PMIS).
