The Role
Overview
Install and maintain solar panel systems across multiple sites in the Lexington region.

Tasks
-Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to assess sites and conduct pre-installation inspections -Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies -Install solar panel systems on residential and commercial rooftops and ground mounts -Perform basic electrical work, including wiring and connecting solar systems to the grid -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the installation process -Document installation processes and maintain accurate records of work completed -Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with installed systems

What You Bring
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus -Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights -Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments -Strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork and collaboration -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites -Previous experience in solar installation or a related field preferred but not required; on-the-job training is available -Familiarity with PV systems, wiring, and electrical codes
