National Specification Manager

Tasks

-Provide technical and design support, including heat loss calculations and system schematics. -Support projects from quotation through to commissioning and client handover. -Deliver product presentations and CPDs to consultants, contractors, and clients. -Manage CRM data, analyse sales information, and support reporting activities. -Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. -Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to grow specification opportunities.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of current building services regulations and industry standards. -Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). -Proven experience in HVAC specification sales -Confident communicator with presentation and relationship-building skills. -Strong technical understanding of heating systems, including heat pumps and boilers. -Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results independently.
