Overview

Provide executive assistance to the business director of a leading real‑estate firm.

Tasks

-Manage signature processes for legal documents -Handle document management including printing, binding and photocopying -Prepare accurate, on-brand presentations, reports, proposals and correspondence -Provide extensive executive assistance, including diary management to the director -Liaise with IT and HR for new starter set-ups, equipment, onboarding and issue resolution -Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support across the team as needed -Coordinate meetings and take minutes when required -Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas -Coordinate meetings, events and conferences, including logistics, catering and AV -Screen and manage incoming calls for the director and broader team -Deliver new starter office orientation and training on business systems

What You Bring

-You'll have 3-5 of secretarial/team assistance experience in an office or corporate environment supporting senior management -And able to demonstrate skills to be able to work in a high pressure, highly demanding, changing working environment -You'll be friendly and outgoing, able to communicate very effectively across a range of levels, have a high attention to detail and able to collaborate with teams across the business -Experience in property would be advantageous -Extensive experience using PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, etc.
