Overview

Manages and processes service work orders, coordinating with customers and dispatch.

Tasks

-Maintains a complex filing system. -Receives, verifies, and disseminates work requests from customers through work order systems (portals, emails, phone calls) -Direct communication with dispatch centralized team regarding NTL and NTLL customers. -Identity theft monitoring -Prioritize work in order to successfully meet the needs of internal and external customers. -Direct communication with branch employees regarding response times, work order updates, and job completion. -Processes confidential information. -Develops process relative to the work control system. -Maintains the integrity of the work order system data. -Manages work orders, enters labor, contract and materials charges against the work orders and closes work orders when complete with NTLL customers and other Local Customers.

What You Bring

-HS Diploma or GED Equivalent -Strong customer service focus. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Strong computer skills. -Microsoft Office Suite Training/Experience, preferred -Customer Work Order Interface Experience, preferred -Strong Microsoft Excel abilities -Experience with facilities management. -A cultivated attention to detail. -0-2 years’ experience with customer service and office administration necessary -Personnel Dispatch Experience, preferred
