Overview
Perform maintenance, repairs and inspections across residential/commercial properties.

Tasks
-Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on property systems and equipment -Participate in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends on alternating weeks -Complete work orders efficiently and maintain accurate records of all work performed -Assist with unit turnovers and ensure all properties meet company quality standards -Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and resident service requests -Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair -Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What You Bring
-High School Diploma or GED preferred -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail -Valid Driver’s License -Ability to pass a criminal background check -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed -Willingness and availability to be on-call nights and weekends on alternating weeks -Previous maintenance or property repair experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
