What You Bring

-Learn how to use data to provide compelling evidence for what is happening in the world -Permanent role based in Melbourne or Sydney -An ability to interrogate, understand and gain meaning from complex data sets -Background in commercial property, economics, econometrics, property economics, statistics or finance -Attention to detail and an ability to problem solve complex questions -Experience with SQL, as well as languages such as R, python or Stata for data analysis beneficial but not necessary -Strategic thinking combined with an ability to plan and prioritise work to hit deadlines -Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
