Tasks
-Attend QA/QC-related meetings including: -Gain full understanding of project specifications, submittals, and the approved QA/QC plan -Create and manage punch list items to completion -Collaborate with Project Management to compile all QA/QC-related documentation for project closeout -Generate and file internal Observation Reports -Assist Project Manager in packaging final test documentation, including: -Track all calibrated tools and test equipment on site -Track pre-functional testing and readiness activities -Inspect and document all material and equipment deliveries for compliance with submittals -Monitor and track MMC-performed cable and equipment testing -Conduct pre-walk inspections and readiness assessments -Support and execute functional testing under the guidance of the commissioning agency -Support coordination of 3rd-party testing and verify results -Package and submit documentation electronically -Maintain recertification schedules and rotate tools as needed -Process, track, and submit inspections to City officials, the General Contractor, or third parties -Scheduling updates -Perform field and storage audits, including prefab inspections (shop visits may be required) -Maintain photo documentation and ensure all QA/QC records are properly filed and accessible -Participate in AHJ walk-downs and secure inspection approvals -Document and resolve deficiencies from observation reports -Organize and submit commissioning documentation for project turnover

Project Familiarity & Documentation Morrow-Meadows Corporation is accepting applications for a Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) Field Administrator to support our project in Sparks, Nevada. Ideal candidates must be self-motivated & detail orientated, have a background in electrical installation, able to read drawings and familiar with the NEC. Calibrated Tool & Equipment Management -Strong communication and documentation skills -Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications -OSHA 10/30 certification -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) -3+ years of experience in electrical construction or field support roles -Background in Healthcare or Industrial project work -NFPA testing -Highly organized and capable of working independently in a field environment -Experience with electronic inspection or submittal tracking tools -Previous QA/QC, field engineering, or commissioning experience -GC QA/QC coordination -Familiarity with NEC and electrical installation standards
