Tasks

-Represent Shared Services in executive forums, providing insights and recommendations on financial operations and strategic priorities. Lead monthly Cash Flow meetings on results and initiatives to deliver cash flow targets. 20% -Ensure enterprise compliance and risk mitigation through strong internal controls and audit readiness 10% -Build and evolve the organizational structure, governance model, and performance management framework for Shared Services 15% -Define and execute the strategic roadmap for harmonized global order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, including use of technology, digital transformation, and talent strategy 30% -Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performaning global team across multiple businesses and locations. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationship with all internal stakeholders, including business leaders and functional leaders. 25%

-Master’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field -Expertise in global service delivery, digital transformation, and enterprise governance -Bachelors Degree or Equivalent -Exceptional executive presence and strategic influence -Track record of successful strategic execution and enterprise-level leadership -12 or more years of experience -Visionary leadership in finance operations and shared services strategy -Strong financial acumen and understanding of corporate finance dynamics -Experience leading global Finance Shared Services or transformation at a Fortune 500 or multinational organization -Proven ability to lead large-scale change and drive measurable impact
