Tasks
You will ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project performance against budgets within the established governance structure, while overseeing documentation such as Project Briefs, Execution Plans, and key logs and registers. This role includes leading post-project reviews, handovers to BAU teams, and capturing lessons learnt to inform future initiatives. Proficiency in using project management tools—such as MS Project, risk and variance analysis, and scheduling methodologies—is essential for maintaining clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. You will establish and maintain structured frameworks for project planning, governance, quality reviews, and risk management, proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to meet key milestones. Building strong working relationships with business process owners and other stakeholders will be central to your role, as will facilitating workshops, reviews, and collaborative meetings to identify requirements and explore new, effective ways of working.
