Tasks

-Building relationships and qualifying opportunities for WTS Energy, engaging regional teams for sales pitches, and tender responses. -Manage end-to-end recruitment processes—from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation—for technical roles within upstream oil & gas and related sectors. -Leading strategic BD activities and reporting on market developments and opportunities to extend our brand and services. -Identify potential clients in the Middle East for the oil & gas and energy industries. -Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to clearly define role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

What You Bring

-Experience in new client acquisition, business development and sales in staffing services for the Middle East region. Bonus points if you have experience in Oil & Gas/Energy. -Team player who can also take initiative and work in an autonomous fashion. -A graduate with 2-5 years’ experience with a recruitment agency/manpower company in the Middle East is a must. -Outgoing personality with a proven track record in building and developing client relationships. -Commercial acumen, including demonstrated experience in bids and tenders, proposals, and pricing formulation. -Good communicator, articulate with strong external presentation skills (written & verbal).
