Tasks
-Convert existing 2D AutoCAD plans into 3D Revit BIM models -Assist the Starts department with the creation of the required architectural documents needed for permits. -Perform drafting duties necessary for the creation and maintenance of Architectural Construction Documents and Lot Specific print sets -Create plan options using LotSpec option-solving software -Assist in the development of 3D BIM library components -Coordinate with Sales and Marketing staff to provide CAD files for outsourced exterior renderings and 3D walk-throughs -Maintain and adhere to established CAD standards and practices

What You Bring
-Organizational skills and attention to detail -Analytical and problem-solving skills -Verbal and written communication skills -Working towards a bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or similar degree or similar degree -This position may be eligible for commissions. -Must be authorized to work in the United States -Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines -Interpersonal and customer service skills -Current Junior working towards a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating within 2 years (preferred) -Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
