  • Lead corporate training and development programs from needs analysis, content planning, design and development, instructional design and stakeholder engagement through to deployment, continuous improvement and effectiveness analysis
  • Development of engaging powerpoint presentations for strategic outcomes and project delivery discussions
  • Facilitation of call collaboration sessions with operational stakeholders
  • Facilitation of training programs – face to face, online and elearning module development as well as schedule contributions
  • Governance of this process on a monthly basis
  • Recommendation and deployment of continuous improvement solutions for business process improvements across a variety of contracts and systems
  • Quality Assurance – regular reviews of the effectiveness training, processes and overall team members quality through evaluations and assessing performance outcomes.
  • Pricing new work and contributing to winning work for the Ventia Operations Centre
