-Coordinate with client representatives and external stakeholders to address welding-related queries and provide technical guidance. -Develop and implement programs and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. -Oversee your discipline activities, including procedures, equipment selection, consumable choices, and quality control measures. -Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with welding specifications and identify areas for improvement. -Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution. -Provide expert guidance and technical support to operations within the fabrication yard, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements. -Train and mentor your personnel, ensuring their proficiency in welding techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards.
