Finance & Payroll Specialist

Overview

Handle weekly payroll for UK, US, ROI and support finance operations.

Tasks

-Generating and maintaining payroll reports (e.g. KPIs, manager summaries) on a scheduled and ad hoc basis. -Weekly payroll processing for UK, US, and ROI entities - including onboarding new starters, managing leavers, and resolving timesheet discrepancies. -Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice queries and ensure timely payments. -Assisting the Credit Controller with daily tasks and contributing to overall finance operations. -Supporting sales invoicing and ensuring accurate coding across regions. -Setting up and authorising payees and managing banking queries with Bank of Ireland and Revolut.
