The Role

Overview

Coordinate customer accounts, support sales, manage quotes, contracts, and ensure safety.

Tasks

-Work closely with Operations and other functions to help ensure great customer experience and maximize the efficiencies / margins. -New Account creation for all types of customers. -Assist managing of Contract renewals, updates and other changes. -Assist Account Managers while on the road with customers and administrative tasks. (Data entry, Customer calls, OMS/CRM related tasks). -Ensures Health and Safety is a high priority by following policies and processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time; -Identifying Cost Savings Initiatives -Assist Account Managers in the preparation of medium to large Quotes -Set-up new accounts and provide necessary information/follow up with operations to ensure work is executed. -Help increase selling time of Account Managers -Identify customer needs and translate into profitable business opportunities -Improve share of wallet and margins through developing better relationships with existing customers.

What You Bring

-Good understanding of all GFL Services and customer needs -Project Management understanding -Strong ability to link customer experience to growth and retention of profitable business. -Strong Customer Service Skills -Ability to work in a team environment -Must be able to work under pressure with and meeting timelines -Problem solving experience -Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), OMS, CRM/Salesforce experience would be an asset. -Excellent organization and time management skills -Has a good understanding of the geographical region. -Strong oral and written communication skills;
