-Provide administrative support to ensure all jobs are compliant and ready for inspection -Work closely with project managers, technicians, and office staff to meet deadlines -Maintain accurate records of permits, inspections, and compliance requirements -Manage, process, and track permits for HVAC and plumbing projects -Coordinate with city/county departments to ensure timely approvals
