Tasks

-Perform structural design and prepare construction documents for wood, steel, and concrete projects. -Develop creative design solutions and complete calculations with accuracy and efficiency. -Receive one-on-one mentorship from senior engineers and take part in company-supported professional development. -Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, CAD/BIM Technicians, and Structural Observers. -Participate in project meetings and coordinate with architects, developers, and contractors.

What You Bring

-Proficiency with software such as Bentley Structural System, RISA, ETABS, Enercalc, Revit, and RAM Concept. -E.I.T. certification required; intent to obtain P.E. license at first eligibility. -Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. -4+ years of structural design experience (wood, concrete, and steel) on residential and commercial projects -Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
