Tasks

-Build new customer relationships -Assist leadership in Go/No Go decision making for prospective opportunities -Support active preconstruction or bidding activities -Plan and execute preselling activities -Develop designer/subcontractor/supplier relationships to support securing new business -Develop qualified business leads in core markets -Create strategies to secure new business and leads -Strengthen existing customer relationships -Lead assigned proposals and develop winning strategies -Research and understand current market conditions -Research and find new business in emerging markets -Present industry related topics to customer base -Actively promote Rycon Construction within the industry -Track and manage opportunities in Client Relationship Management (CRM) databases

What You Bring

-Professional image -Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field -Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite -Self-motivated, adaptable, and goal oriented -Excellent verbal communications, time management, organization, and writing capability -Excellent presentation skills -Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-production environment -Minimum of three (3) years’ working within the AEC industry with established network -Experience with industrial, higher education, and private medical -Adept business judgement
