Tasks

-Prioritize multiple ongoing projects while ensuring adherence to safety and company policies. -Prepare, track, and respond to RFIs to ensure effective communication and project progress. -Facilitate change order pricing, documentation, and approval processes. -Procure materials, manage tracking logs, and coordinate timely deliveries to meet schedule and specification requirements. -Collaborate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain safe, efficient jobsite operations. -Support design/build initiatives by working closely with preconstruction and engineering teams. -Attend coordination and progress meetings to communicate milestones and resolve issues. -Plan, schedule, and oversee project operations including labor, materials, subcontractors, and cost control. -Maintain strong client relationships and ensure quality standards are met on all deliverables. -Act as the primary point of contact for general contractors, owners, and end users throughout the project lifecycle. -Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance. -Manage all financial aspects of assigned projects—budgets, purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, and billings—with accurate and timely updates.

What You Bring

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations in a fast-paced environment. -Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Effective communicator with the ability to lead teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and resolve issues proactively. -Demonstrated experience managing commercial or industrial electrical projects from start to finish. -Skilled in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software. -Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the electrical construction industry as a Project Manager, Field Engineer, or Estimator. -Strong understanding of electrical power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems. -Proficient in estimating, scheduling, cost management, and project documentation. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
