  • Accountable for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards while supervising, mentoring and motivating Guarantee electricians.
  • Review and coordinate plans, specifications, scope of work, shop drawings, manufacturer cut sheets and samples.
  • Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Reports to the Workforce Quality and Project Manager, relays progress reports and alerts them of any issues regarding their crew's scope.
  • Demonstrate and uphold all of Guarantee Electrical Company's core values, which include collaboration, communication, consistency, and character.
  • Supervise, direct, and train crews on proper installation techniques and best practices to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
  • Attend training sessions as required to learn new processes, product training, safety practices, and other sessions as determined by leadership.
  • Works closely with project manager and other trades, oversee the assigned scope, including the management of material and labor.
  • Keep an orderly and clean job site and demonstrate a customer focused attitude at all times.
  • Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.

  • Progressive electrical leaders who enjoy using technology and desire a clear career path.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with crew and organization to think critically and solve problems with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience leading crews.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of OSHA standards related to solar installations and immediately correct any practices that are outside of standards.
  • Must have an active journeyman or master electrician license.
  • Skilled field supervisor with experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and construction safety requirements.
  • Associated with Local 113 Colorado Springs.
