Tasks
-Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and responsive support -Guide clients on data requirements and ensure accuracy and completeness of their CRE loan portfolio within the platform. -Collect client feedback to support continuous product enhancements. -Collaborate with internal product and modeling teams to resolve complex technical and analytical issues. -Serve as the point of contact for clients’ inquiries, delivering timely and professional solution-oriented support. -Assist clients in understanding product features, interpreting risk analytics and meeting regulatory requirements. -Develop and maintain documentation for internal processes and client-facing materials

What You Bring
-2+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, banking, insurance, investment management, or accounting OR 1 year of relevant experience with a completed Masters Degree. -Strong understanding of CRE lending, loan portfolios and risk management. -Experience supporting or using risk analytics platforms or financial technology products. -Evidence of strong academic performance in college -Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College -Proven client-facing experience with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills -Familiarity with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or similar platforms. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
